Chrysalis Hotel Contracts is a well established dynamic and innovative company focused on the design and refurbishment of hotels and restaurants throughout the UK and Europe.

Operating from our Head Office in the Midlands and satellite sales office in London, we are geographically well located to offer a prompt service and dedicated customer support to our loyal customer base of interior designers, architects and hotel/leisure operators.

We have a wealth of practical experience upon which to draw with all manner of hotels from budget to luxury, corporate to country house, and traditional to contemporary boutique.

We develop strong working partnerships with all of our clients to ensure that the process becomes a well organised team effort with all parties sharing a clear objective.

Our experienced site teams make every attempt to work in harmony with the client’s own personnel to create minimal disruption to the smooth running of the hotel whilst we are on site.

Environmental Policy

Chrysalis Hotel Contracts is conscious of its responsibility for the protection and improvement of the environment, and is committed to minimising environmental impact throughout its influencing activities.

It is the aim of the company to carry out its operations, according to the procedures given herein, to promote good environmental practice, whilst as a minimum, complying with all relevant environmental law and other requirements.

Management and supervisory staff are responsible for the implementation of this policy throughout the Group, ensuring environmental protection is given priority at all stages of operations.

All employees and sub contractors will co-operate with this policy during the course of the Group’s activities.

Chrysalis will ensure that sufficient facilities, information, instruction training and supervision are provided, as is necessary to minimise environmental impact and promote sustainability.

The Group Managing Director has overall responsibility for all environmental matters. The operation of this policy and the associated procedures will be monitored and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that they remain current and applicable to the Group’s activities.

INTERIOR & TECHNICAL DESIGN

Along with the relevant qualifications and experience, the key attributes of a technical or interior designer are undeniably creativity and innovation together with a strong sense of commerciality. In addition you should be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as on your own initiative

ESTIMATING

We look for proficient individuals with extensive and specific industry/product knowledge along with a strong sense of commerciality. These key requirements along with a high level of accuracy and efficiency are essential for all roles within our estimating department.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

To be part of our project management team, you must be an effective team leader with broad and extensive industry knowledge. You must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, with great people skills and a strength for problem solving in a high pressured environment.

CONSTRUCTION

All roles within this department require extensive knowledge and experience of commercial construction, specifically in relation to the hospitality sector.

To work within our accounts department, along with the relevant qualifications and experience, the key qualities we look for are accuracy, good analytical skills and the ability to develop new systems to enhance efficiency within the business.

SALES & MARKETING

To work within this high pressured department you should possess excellent communication skills in order to develop relationships with new and existing clients . As the frontline of the business we look for experienced and professional individuals who can work efficiently on their own as well as part of a team.
